Aesthera Photopneumatic Therapy (PPx) is a cosmetic procedure able to treat acne, acne rosacea, age spots, freckles, brown blotchy pigmentation, sun damage, fine facial veins, and broken capillaries and blood vessels with associated redness. This safe and effective treatment uses a combination of broadband light and pneumatic energy which leaves the skin looking healthy, more youthful and refreshed.
PPx therapy is a painless procedure that does not require anesthesia. It is a quick in-office treatment that takes just thirty-five to forty-five minutes to complete. The Aesthera PPx system uses a special handpiece that gently draws in the skin, bringing imperfections like brown spots and red spots closer to the skin’s surface.
